Machine Description

The fully automatic bag stringing machine is a highly automated, specialized machine used to automatically thread strings into various types of bags. It achieves high-precision and efficient stringing, making it suitable for high-volume production. It features automatic bag feeding, continuous bag loading, eyelet buckle installation, plastic-wrapped head assembly, string winding, counting, and automatic alarms. Bag size, height, and hole spacing are adjustable, directly saving costs and improving efficiency.

2. Fault Self-Diagnosis: Real-time monitoring of equipment status, automatic alarms and solutions for abnormalities (e.g., broken rope, stuck bag, etc.).
3. Automatic Eyelet Hook: Automatic eyelet hooks and an automatic nail feeding system automatically alarm when nails are low.
4. Continuous Operation: Equipped with an integrated automatic feeding, string threading, and unloading process, reducing manual intervention.
5. Human-Machine Collaboration: The user-friendly touchscreen interface supports data-based management, including production statistics and efficiency analysis.
