1.  Intelligent Operation Design
Automatic Control: PLC programming, equipped with a meter to set the print count, and automatic shutdown/end-of-print protection.
Pneumatic/Hydraulic Plate Lift: Automatically activates and deactivates the ink agitator when raising or lowering the plate cylinder.
Variable Frequency Drive: Japanese Yaskawa inverter to adapt to varying printing speeds.
2.  Precision Ink Transfer and Drying System
Ceramic anilox roller ink transfer: Screen counts 100–1000 PLI (German import optional), ensuring uniform ink color and supporting high-definition dot printing.
Double-Sided Drying Technology: Hot air circulation + cold air setting system with grouped temperature control to prevent ink sticking.
3.  Highly Stable Structure
Thickened cast iron wall panels (75mm) and hard chrome-plated guide rollers ensure a runout error of ≤0.02mm.
NSK bearings and ASNU aluminum alloy guide pulleys are dynamically and statically balanced to reduce mechanical vibration.
